AIRMAN & FAMILY READINESS FLIGHT
The Randolph Airman and Family Readiness Flight (A&FRF) helps individuals and families enhance their quality of life, and supports commanders as the focal point for issues important to families. Single or married Active Duty, Guard, Reservist, Retired Military members and each of their families, as well as DoD civilians are eligible for our services

The A&FRF is the service organization for Air Force families and is the focal point for family matters. We offer many programs geared toward improving quality of life. The focus of these programs is to assist families in meeting the challenges of military life.

INFORMATION AND REFERRAL
There are many agencies on and off base to assist your family with specific needs. Our function is to link families with the right resource to meet their specific needs. We're available for individual interviews to help you determine the right resource. Community and base resource guides, as well as information and reference libraries are available.

FAMILY READINESS
The Family Readiness Program provides assistance, education and support to individuals, families and leadership during mobilization and deployments, evacuations, local/national emergencies and disaster response. Our videophone conferencing center, complete with email access and our unique video, email system helps ease the burden of family separation due to TDY, deployments and remote tours. DoD members, married or single, including DoD civilians and their families are eligible for Family Readiness Programs.

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Moving to a new base or community is a normal part of Air Force life, but still a major life event for the family. The Randolph A&FRF assists single and married military members and their families in many ways.

AIR FORCE AID SOCIETY AND PERSONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Financial management is important to every individual and family. Our PFMP can help you improve your finances by offering information, education and personal financial counseling. When emergencies affect your finances, the Air Force Aid Society may help provide relief through emergency financial assistance. In addition, AFAS offers grants for educational assistance. Should your family need emergency assistance with groceries, our food pantry is second to none.

CAREER FOCUS PROGRAM
CFP assists spouses and other family members increase employment opportunities through education, information and personal interviews.

TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
By law, all members separating with more than 180 days of continuous active duty must receive DD Form 2648, Pre-separation Counseling, before participation in any other transition activities.

The A&FRF also has successful partnerships with agencies on and off base to provide you the right resources for your needs.
